	Active
			$160.00 (through 9-30-10) -- As an Active member, you may participate in all available programs and services offered by the Association. Click here for more information on Membership Categories.
	Associate
			$60.00 (through 9-30-10) -- This category is for those individuals who are employed on a full time basis by a sponsor who is an Active Member in good standing in this Association. Application for this status must be signed by the Active Member. Click here for more information on Membership Categories.
	Life
			$35.00 (through 9-30-10) -- Life Members shall be those members who have been Active Members for at least 10 years, and have completely retired from public practice. Click here for more information on Membership Categories.
